Alright, alright, alright.
At last, I'd finally finished the middle section of the story that had originally been planned by the previous chapter.
I'd originally laid a lot of groundwork.
I'd even abandoned the usual cheerful, goofy daily life, but it seemed everyone didn't really like it. I'd taken a wrong turn. Let me reflect on that here and apologize to everyone.
One of my weaknesses is—
I always put too much effort into developing supporting characters.
And neglected the protagonist.
Even Boss Ye Yu had complained about this to me countless times!
I'll pay more attention to this in my writing from now on, and I'll always keep my role straight and write lively, interesting little stories.
As for war and all that...
It was still a bit of a stretch for my writing skills to handle. (Even though I really liked it... "quietly babbling"...) Even though I tore up the outline on the fly,
I was still fairly satisfied with what I'd written so far.
Because the changes weren't that big.
The really major changes...
Came in the plot after this.
That was, the "later section" of the story. I'd originally designed a lot of scenes, a lot of scenes that I thought were moving and tragic. But war itself wasn't actually what I wanted to express. It was only a tool meant to serve the plot that came afterward.
And now...
Clearly, I needed to rethink things, design scenes, and lay the emotional groundwork.
That workload, hahahahahahahahaha—hic—hahaha...
It was fucking exhilaratingly painful!
But it was okay. Who told me I loved you all? So of course I spoiled you~ I'd thought that, with my updates this month so far, I could finally get perfect attendance for once... But now, it looked like I might lose it! Six
