Jiraiya asked, "Naruto, you haven't caused Nagai any trouble these past few days, have you?"
"Pervy Sage, do you really think all I can do is make trouble?"

Watching the two nearly start arguing, Sasuke let out a helpless sigh. When would these two ever start acting properly?
Nagai Ukaku asked, "Lord Jiraiya, what did Iwagakure say this time?"
"They've already sent people over to set up barriers. Tell the Barrier Squad that the side near the Land of Earth will be handled by them."
Nagai Ukaku nodded.
"Nagai, before their people arrive, take me into Takigakure to assess the situation. Karin, go have fun with Naruto and the others."
"Alright."
Nagai Ukaku agreed.
After following Nagai Ukaku for only two steps, Jiraiya stopped. Why did something feel off?
When he looked back, Naruto and Sasuke were standing there without yelling that they wanted to come along.
Had those two changed?
Seemingly noticing Jiraiya's confusion, Nagai Ukaku explained, "Before Lord Jiraiya returned, I already took them inside."
Jiraiya understood. So they had already gone in.
A few minutes later, Nagai Ukaku emerged with an unchanged expression, leading out a slightly pale Jiraiya.
