Early the next morning, Flower Plaza in Lake Heart Town was extraordinarily bustling.
Wenren Sheng opened the inn window and looked out. Someone had caught an enormous Wheatfish, over a meter long.
That was exceedingly rare.

The top and bottom of the aquarium were covered in gorgeous flowers: Tea Roses, roses, peonies... Flowers that were not even in season had appeared as well.

"From the sound of it, you really are planning to auction it?"
"It's too pitiful. This is a spirit of heaven and earth; mortals shouldn't eat it." A wealthy woman dabbed at the corner of her mouth with a silk handkerchief, where a few strands of fish flesh still remained.
"Come now, Madam Wang, you ate the most at breakfast just now," said a companion beside her.
Wenren Sheng watched the golden Wheatfish and noticed that it was neither frightened nor panicked.
