Lu Nan declined to team up with Shui Ge’s friends and learned that Ye Hanyan and Liu Qilan had joined Sword Valley. When the two women arrived, Lu Nan reunited with them and met Shen Wu, a Sword Valley cultivator pursuing Ye Hanyan.

• Xu Bai invited Lu Nan to explore the Southern Domain, but Lu Nan decided not to join Shui Ge’s friends in a team.
• Lu Nan told Shui Ge he could continue following him, and Shui Ge left to inform his friends.
• Xu Bai told Lu Nan that two beautiful female sword cultivators, Ye Hanyan and Liu Qilan, had joined Sword Valley, and Lu Nan realized who they were.

He then secretly followed a group that had broken a formation and opened the way to a palace.

• Lu Nan killed Zhao Hu and the other people who tried to rob him, then left the valley while Monk Jueyuan's group regretted provoking him.
• Lu Nan found a spatial passage concealed in a purple flower in Flower Valley and entered a palace beyond it.
• Lu Nan worshiped before the statue, gained a small improvement, and collected three items; two Treasure Seeking Art scrolls fused into a more complete version.

He discovered the Crimson Sword was incomplete, followed its pull to a volcano where it became the Sun Sword, and began fighting a Fire Bull that tried to seize it.

• Lu Nan watched four sixth-level Spirit Transformation beast constructs slaughter the group that had looted the palace and return the three items to the stone platform.
