Just as Sun Hang was about to study the Sand Skiff's construction, the survivor he had rescued suddenly began mumbling with his eyes closed.

"More samples?"
"In other words, make the target say a few more sentences," the Mainframe replied. "The more language samples there are, the more accurate the translation will be."
"Then what did those sleep-talking phrases he just said mean?" Sun Hang asked.
"Sin descended from the heavens. The messengers of the underworld awakened from beneath the earth. Catastrophe devoured countless living beings. The cowardly abandoned the land of their ancestors and fled to the realm of heretics. The abandoned sank into the sea of sand and became pale, withered bones," the Mainframe answered.
"That sounds awfully religious," Sun Hang muttered. "The so-called 'messengers of the underworld' probably refer to the Sand-Sinking Giant Worms, right? The cowards should be the refugees who fled Egypt, while the abandoned can only be the ancestors of these remnants."
