"Zombies? Resurrection? Or what?" the Fisherman asked repeatedly. "Could it be that these natives had long since been infected by Tumi... that everyone in the tribe was infected?"
"There was no record of it in the documents. The survivors of that battle only remembered constantly shooting at those 'resurrected' natives. Not long after being killed, the natives would climb back up again, like a pack of monsters that simply couldn't be killed."

In their view, even if those people had become infected, turned into anomalous corpses, or even fallen into becoming anomalies, there was no reason they could keep resurrecting after being killed again and again."
His unconvinced superiors immediately decided to conduct another reconnaissance of Pratambak Island. This time, they dispatched two light gunboats—if the captain's account proved true, their heavy firepower would conduct several rounds of carpet bombardment over the entire island and blast those 'unkillable natives' into pieces for good.
"And what did the reconnaissance find?"
"The senior officer had the gunboats sail to within a few nautical miles of Pratambak. Through his binoculars,
