Two technicians in engineering power armor carried over a metal cylinder about half a person tall. A sizable observation window had been set into one side. Through it, Sun Hang could see Miki Fukada curled up inside the cylinder in a specially made anti-G suit, craning her neck to stare at him through the three-layer composite window.
She had regained her original appearance and body. Her slender frame was tightly wrapped in the form-fitting anti-G suit, with dozens of tubes connected to its ports and their other ends attached to the life-support equipment at the cylinder's base. The entire cylinder was filled with a viscous fluid known as Deep Dive Life Support Medium. Not only the cylinder, but Miki Fukada's airways, alveoli, and even blood vessels had been filled with the fluid. It could protect her bones, blood vessels, and internal organs under high-G forces, keeping them from being crushed flat by that terrifying pressure.
When Miki Fukada saw Sun Hang, she opened her mouth as if she wanted to say something, but no sound could emerge from a throat filled with Deep Dive Life Support Medium. She instinctively tried to gesture, only to immediately realize that her arms had been crossed and secured against her chest by the specially made anti-G suit, which was no different from a straitjacket. She could not move even an inch.
Left with no alternative, Miki Fukada could only blink, then shoot Sun Hang a vicious glare.
"What? Regretting it?" Sun Hang crouched and patted the cylinder's observation window. "You still have a chance to regret it... Blink rapidly three times, and I'll let you out."
