Following the light, Su Ze finally noticed that amid the tangled mass of roots at the Spirit Root Tree's base, something was struggling desperately. A huge claw snapped more than a dozen roots and had barely emerged before even more roots surrounded it and suppressed it once again.
It was a tiger's claw. Su Ze was certain he had not seen wrong. Wrapped in the Spirit Root Tree's roots was a Tier 4 Tiger-type Exotic Beast.
The Spirit Root Tree was actually beating Feng Buqing while simultaneously suppressing a Tier 4 Exotic Beast.
In an instant, Su Ze understood many things.
This Tiger-type Exotic Beast had probably only recently evolved to Tier 4 before being captured by the Spirit Root Tree, which intended to devour it.
