The so-called Three Sword Style was fighting with three swords.
It was a fighting method Russell had only recently worked out. With the Sword Butterfly Amber Bug's support, he possessed an innate sensitivity to swordsmanship.
So whenever he held a sword, the Sword Butterfly could aid him, allowing him to display his swordsmanship to his heart's content. Even when wielding swords in both hands, he could divide his attention in two and perform different sword techniques at the same time. He could even split his focus three ways and use Battle Aura to control a third sword.
With all three swords performing sword techniques and unleashing sword radiance together, their power was simply incomparable to that of a single sword.
Of course.
The consumption of the Three Sword Style was several times greater than normal. There were gains and losses alike; that was beyond doubt.
Boom!
The spar between the two gradually escalated into something grander. Cooper, in his Phantom Beast Fusion state, not only failed to suppress Russell, but was instead driven back step by step by Russell's Three Sword Style.
Of course.
Cooper could also cast elemental spells—in other words, magic—but although there were no written rules during a spar, magic was still strictly forbidden.
"My lord... you're so powerful!" Grove stared wide-eyed at the two combatants.
He had thought his previous battle with Russell had already tested Russell's limits, but Russell, with two additional swords, had once again overturned everything he knew.
At that moment, Rowena stood by the second-floor bedroom window, her heavily pregnant belly protruding as she watched the spar between her husband and younger brother.
She was equally dumbfounded. "Is that really my little brother?"
Supporting Rowena by the arm, the maid craned her neck to look downstairs and clicked her tongue in amazement.
