Most of Thunder Flame Territory consisted of plains and rolling hills. The highest point was probably the still-unstable Green Hills. Amid the undulating hills of Green Hills stood a small mountain roughly five hundred meters tall.
Russell named this small mountain Fox Mountain.
"Is the observatory going to be built here, my lord?" Sullivan panted as he followed Russell and the others up Fox Mountain.
Less than half a year after its emergence, Fox Mountain was already covered in weeds and young trees.
"Let's inspect it first." With his hands behind his back, Russell strolled through the air, leading the group as they slowly took in the scenery of Fox Mountain.
However, Fox Mountain had little scenery to speak of. No proper trees had grown yet, and its shape had no distinctive features. Overall, it looked utterly ordinary.
"If the observatory is built here, the greatest drawback would be the inconvenient transportation. It's simply too far from Redwater Town, and there are no plans to build a road here anytime soon," Charles said.
"That is indeed a problem." Russell nodded.
Then he sighed. "But if we don't build the observatory on Fox Mountain, there aren't many suitable places in Thunder Flame Territory."
"It could actually be built on flat ground, my lord," Sullivan said.
"It still needs to be built on a mountain. The higher the elevation, the less interference there will be with the Astronomical Telescope." Russell glanced at the sky. "When observing celestial phenomena, naturally, the more precise the better. Even the slightest interference can result in enormous errors."
Russell set the direction.
After thinking for a moment, Charles said, "My lord, why not build the observatory in Glimmering Light Territory? Given your status, Glimmering Light Territory and Thunder Flame Territory are no different. Dagger Mountain in Glimmering
