The Lucky Whisper, which had not been triggered for a long time, sounded in Russell's ears once more. That strange whisper, both familiar and unfamiliar, was like heavenly music.

Polly's attributes were lightning and the Dark Dreamscape.
In the Lucky Whisper, this Phantom Beast had revealed that it was very familiar with the aura of lightning and dreams. Clearly, there was a strong possibility that it was a unicorn.
But Polly should not have disliked the aura of a unicorn, which made Russell feel that something was off.
