"They didn't melt. As expected, these Snow Trolls are real creatures." Russell smiled when he arrived at Fire Ant Swamp, having raced all the way while carrying the Snow Troll's corpse.
Last time, to prevent any unexpected complications, Little Dream Dragon had swallowed Frost Ge's corpse directly, leaving behind no spoils at all.
As a result, there had never been enough samples for research into Frost Trolls.
But this time.
They had finally obtained an intact corpse. Though it was a Snow Troll rather than the Frost Troll corpse the scholars wanted more, judging from their energy levels, Snow Trolls and Frost Trolls were nearly equal. Most importantly, both were genuine living beings.
Snow Giants, Snow Demons, Snow Beasts, and Snow Ghosts were merely puppets formed from energy.
Frost Trolls and Snow Trolls were the natives of Frost Star.
Thud!
Russell threw the Snow Troll's corpse beside the Demon Seeking Tower, then strode directly into the hundred-meter tower.
"Your Highness!" The scholars all saluted him.
Russell went straight to the Demon Seeking Tower's magic map. The previous bright spots had vanished from the map, but one bright spot continued blinking at the tower's location.
"Your Highness, is that corpse a Frost Troll's corpse?" Grand Scholar Hert asked, pointing at the Snow Troll corpse below the tower. "Did you hunt one of those Frost Trolls? Does that mean the Demon Seeking Tower's signal was correct?"
"The signal was correct," Russell said. "But this thing doesn't count as a Frost Troll. It's a level below them, so I call it a Snow Troll... Hert, the bright spots on the magic map are accurate. There really is a group of Snow Trolls over there."
"The moment Your Highness returned after hunting a Snow Troll, I knew the signal couldn't have been wrong." Hert
