The world spun, and light and shadow shifted.
Russell sat upon the throne atop the Shadowflame Dragon's head. His vision blurred, and he had already arrived inside another volcano.
This volcano was composed entirely of black-red rock. Black covered the surface of the stone, while red light shone through its cracks. Its texture and form were almost identical to the Shadowflame Dragon's body.
The difference was that—
The cracks in the rock were filled with tangled amber-colored roots, as though they had wrapped around the entire volcano.
"This..." Russell looked around. "This doesn't seem like the Amber Dreamscape!"
"It certainly isn't the Amber Dreamscape. This volcano is Shadowflame's own volcano." The Shadowflame Dragon swept his sharp gaze across the volcano's interior. "But it is a manifested volcano, one formed from condensed fire element!"
"You mean this volcano is similar to Elemental Body Casting?"
"Yes." The Shadowflame Dragon replied, "It is a very strange feeling. Those roots, however, are rather unfriendly. They have dug into Shadowflame's volcano!"
"Let's head out and take a look first."
"Fine."
Man and dragon spread their wings and flew out of the crater. Before them stretched a lush expanse of green from the volcano's base, though it did not extend very far before being blocked by a wall of mist, much like the boundary of the Amber Dreamscape.
"This definitely isn't the Amber Dreamscape!" Russell shook his head. "The Amber Dreamscape is far larger than this, a full one million square kilometers. This place... is at most ten thousand square kilometers. Strange, where are we?"
It was like a small green world.
At the center of the world stood a solitary black-red volcano in the form of Elemental Body Casting. Amber-colored roots could vaguely be seen coiling around its surface.
