Ch. 161Conditions
Jiang Ping'an agreed to lead Great Qian Kingdom’s campaign against the Rakshasa Race after Old Black and Emperor Qian set conditions for a future assault on Pudu Mountain. He visited his Mother, then prepared an extravagant gift for Princess Bailing’s new estate.
- Old Black agreed to surround Pudu Mountain for two years and attack it if Jiang Ping'an could reduce the cost of doing so to an acceptable level.
- Jiang Ping'an volunteered to lead the northern campaign, and Emperor Qian appointed him General of the Northern Expedition with orders to make the Rakshasa Race cede territory and surrender within a year.
- After Jiang Ping'an left, Old Black told Emperor Qian to reward him according to precedent and not treat him with suspicion, since he would eventually leave Great Qian Kingdom.
- Jiang Ping'an visited his Mother in the Underground Palace, where Princess Bailing joined him and told him she often kept Jiang Shuyue company.
- Princess Bailing invited Jiang Ping'an to visit her new estate, and he agreed before returning to his residence and Taiwu Academy.
- Jiang Ping'an added a top-grade spirit sword and jade talismans to the lavish gifts for Princess Bailing, then set out for her estate.
