The black lettering on the golden plaque stood out prominently as it hung on the wall outside the door. The Electron Flow Laboratory had been officially established, quietly and without fanfare.
This was partly due to Du Ke's own desire to keep a low profile, and partly because the university deliberately wanted to remain discreet. After all, Du Ke was still a graduate student. Establishing a University-level Key Laboratory for a current graduate student was somewhat against convention, no matter how one looked at it.
Still, quite a few people came to the celebratory dinner.
Some were professors invited by Chen Yang, some were professors invited by Tao Xun, and others were their graduate students. The rest were professors and researchers whom Du Ke considered himself fairly close to. Altogether, there were more than thirty people.
