Eleven days later.
Toni found Chen Mengchuan.
"Mengchuan, I want to lead a team to Rainbow Star and establish a base for human civilization there," Toni said slowly.
Chen Mengchuan froze. "Are you kidding?"
"I'm serious."
"I don't agree. This isn't about expanding our territory. The warships and Multi-Arm Crabs are enough. There's no need for humans themselves to set foot on such an alien planet yet," Chen Mengchuan refused.

There was a slight tremor in Toni's voice and emotions.
Chen Mengchuan looked at him seriously without saying a word.
"Mengchuan, I want to see it. I want to take a group of people there and see this completely different planet. To establish an outpost for humanity."
"Don't you want to see it too? To see what the sea of stars in your heart truly looks like—to see civilization after civilization, planet after planet. Don't you?" Toni's words were heavy, and his voice had risen somewhat.
Chen Mengchuan turned his face away. Toni's words had stirred him somewhat.
But the sea of stars he sought was not a backward civilization like this one, but more advanced, higher civilizations.
But... how could more advanced, higher civilizations possibly allow him to observe them so easily?
Chen Mengchuan sighed and slowly nodded. "If you want to go, then go. This planet may be backward, but it isn't without the ability to resist. And we know too
