Everyone watched curiously as the petite skeleton coalesced around the heart. Then Immortal Power radiated from that heart, and layers of blood-colored membrane enveloped the skeleton, beginning to take the shape of a Vidyadhara egg. It truly became an egg about 1.6 meters tall.
Inside the egg, the heart began beating continuously, growing flesh and internal organs as a Dragon Maiden gradually formed within.
Seeing this, Theresa gave Durin's consciousness, sealed within the feather, one final purification, completely stripping the power of the Abyss from Durin's soul and consciousness. Then, with a wave of her hand, Durin's soul turned into a streak of light and merged into the Vidyadhara egg.
Durin's soul and consciousness entered the Vidyadhara egg without any rejection, merging with the Dragon Maiden's body within and falling asleep.
Albedo's eyes widened as he watched this resurrection. He began considering how, if he were the one reviving Durin, he certainly could not have done it so perfectly.
He could only obtain the necessary flesh from Abyss monsters, but in that case, even if Durin came back to life, Durin would still be a demonic dragon possessing Abyss power. It would still treat only the symptoms, not the root cause.
But now, under the peculiar powers of these Descenders, Durin had been completely freed from the Abyss's corruption and given a new life!
Seeing this, everyone took out something like a portable house and set it on the snow, while Albedo used alchemy to make himself a snow hut.
"Albedo, aren't you coming in?"
Seeing that Albedo had made himself a shabby snow hut instead of entering the house, Theresa asked curiously.
"I don't want to miss this miracle of life."
"Witnessing such a perfect revival this time will give me fresh inspiration for developing entirely new Alchemy Formulas."
