Welt accepted Joachim’s blessing and emerged from his transformation as the Herrscher of Truth, able to wield Imaginary Energy and summon a fleet. Theresa then challenged him to a wagered fight against her summons, leaving Welt to choose between a group battle and a duel with an Archangel.
