Xu Yanwu froze.
He had no idea why he was crouching in front of the sofa in such an odd posture, clutching a thin blanket in his hands.
The lights were off, while the television behind him glowed.

They felt slightly warm.

"Did I lose my mind after An Ran left?"
Xu Yanwu chuckled self-mockingly, stood up from in front of the sofa, and sat down on it.
He looked at the image on the television.
It was a late-night drama playing on some channel.
"Why was I watching this... Strange, I even muted it?"
Xu Yanwu found the television in front of him rather strange.
Since when did he watch things like television dramas?
And with the lights off, watching alone with no sound?
Full of questions, Xu Yanwu pulled the blanket over himself.
Yet he felt lingering warmth within it.
"This..."
Xu Yanwu grew even more confused.
Then he noticed several notebooks in front of him.
Curiously, Xu Yanwu picked them up.
They were several notebooks that looked rather old.
Yet when Xu Yanwu opened them, they were completely blank.
As if there had never been anything inside.
But every page of the notebooks was quite worn.
As though they had been flipped through countless times.

Xu Yanwu fell silent. He looked up just in time to see the male and female leads on the television, then touched his lips, puzzled.
Xu Yanwu felt... as though something was missing.
It was strange, yet impossible to put into words.
