A mid laner roaming to GANK was kind of like that thing—there was a Sage Time involved. Most people couldn't ignore it and could only work on and choose based on endurance.
Pills were out of the question.

Faker's roaming GANK made FOFO's vigilance toward Titan's movements in mid lane shoot straight through the roof.
But being vigilant was useless. Titan's Wave Clear Ability in the early game was simply faster than Annie's. Other than that last roam delaying his level six, once he hit six, he could still find chances to roam through the minion waves. At worst, he could give up a wave. A mid Titan wasn't expecting to scale into some monster himself anyway; all he needed to do was watch the Double Marksman.
But did that roam really have no side effects?
No, it did.
The Sage Time after a mid laner roamed meant Oner had to let some of his own jungle monsters cuck him. While Titan was catching up in farm, Annie could roam. Once mid and jungle linked up,
