Large numbers of Floating Cities and Cloud Ascending Ships were cast into the turbulent currents of space-time. Though the Arcane Masters had made preparations, their days of wandering through the darkness still cost the Arcane Empire countless compatriots, including many elites.
For the Arcane Empire, it was the bleakest and darkest era.
It was not until Wizard King Bono finally escaped that he began traveling through the space-time currents, eventually gathering the remaining survivors together.
They temporarily left the turbulent currents of space-time and took refuge in a unique universe.
Wizard King Bono had discovered that universe by chance while traveling through parallel universes in his early years. At its center lay a rather beautiful nebula. Because its shape resembled a crown, and the inhabited planets within it were all characterized by cold climates, Wizard King Bono named it the "Ice Crown Nebula."
Many vibrant places were hidden within the Ice Crown Nebula, but there were even more dangers.
The remaining fleet and forces of the Arcane Empire recuperated and rebuilt there.
It was also there that they discovered an astonishing prehistoric ruin.
