Su Hao completed the settlement and education arrangements for the refugees and Ultra Beasts from the Ultra World, then gathered powerful Pokémon in the Valley of Creation to awaken Terapagos. The Wish Note filled the hexagonal crystal with energy, and Terastal light began to shine from it.

• Su Hao arranged for the God Paper Users and Kartana to live in Viridian Forest and created a cave-filled mountain for Naganadel's clan.
• Su Hao arranged for Dulse, Xion, and the other refugees to study under the Pokémon League so they could rebuild their knowledge and prepare for the future.
