Hou Guisheng's face was as cold as frost, his posture proud. Ripples of Supernatural Cleanup spread around him, yet they seemed unable to touch him at all.
He strode forward without hesitation, turning a blind eye to everything around him as he removed the backpack from his shoulder.
He reached into the bag, grabbed a handful of candy, and scattered the pieces onto the ground one after another.
His footsteps never stopped. Following that trail of advancing footprints, the scattered candies formed a crooked, winding line.
On the ground, a small, nonexistent figure seemed to stretch out a hand and pick up the candies along the way, one by one.
