The two passed through several streets and alleys in Azure Cliff City and arrived at the command center shared by Grand Capital Prefecture and Luo'u Prefecture.
Before they entered the courtyard, they heard several hearty laughs.
Looking up, Jiang Fan saw a fair-faced, beardless middle-aged eunuch wearing a crimson official robe, sitting at a table with Wei Lang and Tan Shaoyuan, drinking tea and chatting cheerfully.
