"Rin has always been by your side. You must have felt it all these years!"
Kakashi said with certainty. Just moments ago, when Obito had broken free from the Ten-Tails' backlash, his Sharingan had sensed something different again. Unlike before, this time it was much clearer.
As he spoke, Kakashi reached out toward Obito. "You don't want to revive Rin, but you shouldn't trap her soul either, Obito. Let's go bring her back!"
"Kakashi!"
Obito looked at Kakashi and slowly reached out his hand. As their Sharingan resonated, blue light flickered, and the Kamui space twisted together with reality.
Deep within the endless twisted space, everything was dark, like an infinite bottomless abyss. A blue orb supported a speck of light in the depths, and within that blue light, a girl smiled as she looked at the two phantoms who had come before her.
"Rin!!!"
Obito's phantom was intensely agitated. He reached out, only to be blocked by the blue light.
"Let's do it together!"
Kakashi spoke. The two Kamui Sharingan in reality simultaneously erupted with incredibly powerful waves of energy. As blue radiance flowed, everything seemed to change.
"Obito!"
The girl slowly opened her eyes. Facing Obito, who was no longer the boy he had once been, she revealed the familiar smile from his memories.
"Ah!!!"
Obito suddenly threw his head back and roared. All he had done over the years seemed not to have been entirely in accordance with what he had believed in his heart. Self-denial and confusion left him unable to calm down. At that moment, the Ten-Tails began running wild again, but Obito no longer had the slightest thought of controlling it.
The Ten-Tails swelled once more, but this time it was not suppressing Obito. Instead, it was trying to separate itself from its host.
