Ever since the last full-moon frenzy, the werewolves had not settled down, and amid the killing, the population of the werewolf race had dwindled more and more.

For the new Silvermoon Monarch, a reduced population could also be considered a good thing. Having lost the vast hunting grounds of the northern snowfields, they could no longer support too many werewolves. The war had consumed a large portion of them, allowing the werewolves who remained to have more freedom on this land.

And so, when the population decreased to the point where they could sustain themselves, the werewolves began to seek reason.
