The moment Ryan stepped into this world, the entire Cloud Sea began flowing counterclockwise, surging over Ryan and pushing him toward its center.
At the heart of the Cloud Sea vortex, there was no mist, only an azure sky. Its pure light illuminated everything, making even the snow-covered ground below clearly visible. The instant Ryan entered this sky, he sensed Chi's omnipresence. A breeze stirred around him without approaching. Chi was observing him. Chi was also curious about Ryan, because the human before Chi was far too weak, and Chi could not be certain that this mortal was the master of spiritual energy. "You command the power of spirituality."
A figure in an azure cloak appeared in the sky. Before Ryan was not the chaotic and grand spectacle Sindri had once seen. What he saw was merely such a clear manifested existence.
"I do not know whom you mean, but if you are referring to influence, then I can give you an answer."
"My name is Ryan Clayton."
The azure cloak considered this for a moment before replying,
"My name is Eldrin, the Untraceable Principle of the Void."
Ryan was rather curious about the latter and asked,
"Is that the truth Mages speak of?"
"Truth?"
Eldrin extended a hand. Perhaps it was a hand. In Ryan's eyes, it was a transparent arm radiating light—slender, beautiful, flawless, untouched by dust.
"I am truth itself. I exist in every world, yet leave behind no trace. I possess the absolute right of interpretation."
Compared to every Deity Ryan had encountered, Eldrin before him was almost no different from a human, especially in conversation. Ryan did not even feel the swelling pain of receiving divine information in his mind.
It was as though Chi spoke the human language.
"I stand at the source
