Thousands upon thousands of cheers erupted within the Imperial Capital. Everyone witnessed the birth of a new Monarch. The moment Volvo grasped the scepter, he was no longer the mild-mannered Elector, but a majestic Emperor.

Ryan was utterly astonished. Having witnessed Volvo's transformation firsthand, he wondered whether the Emperor's authority could truly change a person so easily.

Not only that—at the very instant he held the scepter, Volvo became a Legend.

It was the permanent Legendary Boon—the Empire Emperor.

This was... the benefit the Columbus Imperial Family had gained through blasphemy.

No extraordinary effort was required. So long as one became Emperor, one could possess the power of a Legend.

"People of the Empire, swear your loyalty to your Emperor!"

Countless people knelt. Whether Grand Dukes or slaves, all of them knelt before Volvo at that moment. He looked at everything before him excitedly, then ordered everyone to rise.

By custom, Volvo rode in the Emperor's carriage to tour the Imperial Capital. Everywhere he passed, everyone knelt on the ground, prostrating themselves and excitedly shouting the Emperor's name.
