"Cleric Sven, we still haven't found Commander Borgeld's whereabouts."
"Following the traces of the war will take more time before we can determine where Commander Borgeld went."
"This land... is simply too chaotic. There are no complete roads at all. Beyond the villages and towns lies nothing but the Wilds."
That was what the Griffin Knights said. They found this land especially uncomfortable; compared to the Sera Kingdom, there were far too many inconveniences.
If they had not been able to fly through the skies, they would have lost their bearings long ago.
Cleric Sven nodded with a troubled expression. The result was not too surprising, but failing to find Borgeld still left him uneasy.
Just then, one of Baron Ashton's soldiers approached.
"Cleric, my lord requests your presence. He says something major has happened."
"Oh?"
When Baron Ashton saw Cleric Sven arrive, along with the powerful Dawn Knights, Griffin Knights, and other extraordinary beings behind him, he felt considerably more at ease. Still nervous, he said:
"Cleric Sven, something terrifying has happened in this land."
"Oren City, the territory of Grand Duke Oren—that majestic city had stood upon this land for hundreds, even thousands of years. But it... has disappeared."
"I received this news from Viscount Luf. Thanks to the help of the Armored Bear Legion, we have restored part of our communications."
