That was what Silica was angry about. She had been slacking in the back, yet Feng Chen had insisted on reducing the BOSS to a sliver of health before forcing her to take the final hit.
Because Feng Chen had teamed up with Silica, both Silica and Pina had leveled up quickly and were able to join the front lines of the Strategy Group. That was why the Floor 1 raid had not suffered the heavy losses seen in the original story.
Of course, they had still lost one person—Diabel.
