Chapter Summaries

Feng Chen and the Fourth Squad received missions to deal with humans and Honkai who broke the rules of coexistence. After dividing the targets among the squad members, Feng Chen took the most difficult missions with Sirin and Bella, while wondering why this world’s people remembered him.

• Otto assigned the Fourth Squad missions to handle rule breakers and explained that both humans and the Honkai side had violated the agreement.
• Feng Chen asked about Welt and the masked Herrscher, then insisted that Honkai Beasts and dead soldiers who broke the rules also needed to be punished.
• Otto sent the mission targets and coordinates, and Feng Chen noticed that more than seventy percent of the incidents had been caused by the Honkai side.

Feng Chen went to Siberia with Sirin to confront Otto and the masked Herrscher, but Otto revealed that Feng Chen was the person the diary identified as the Honkai’s first vessel. Feng Chen collapsed as the Honkai fell silent, while a blank Body Armor swayed in a Schicksal basement.

Theresa refused to use the dangerous maximum output of Judas' Covenant as Sirin attacked Salome. Siegfried arrived and, despite the risks and Cecilia's warning, unleashed Judgement of Flame to protect the person he loved, leaving the battlefield engulfed in dazzling flames.

• Theresa said she would not activate Judas' Covenant's maximum output because it could harm her and the other Valkyries.
• Sirin's spears shattered Salome's Honkai Energy shield, but Siegfried shot them away before they struck her.
• Siegfried confronted Sirin and acknowledged that his usual Gun Fu would be ineffective against her teleportation abilities.
