Boar could say with complete certainty that there was no chance anyone had escaped through a secret passage.

From the moment he had prepared to infiltrate the place, the first thing he had done was figure out the layout of the base. He had mapped out every passage, stairwell, and room.

Even before he could use sonic echoes to construct a map of the underground terrain, Boar had been certain that this dam base had only two entrances and exits: the spillway and the dam workers' passage.

Then could they have relied on another Mutant's ability to vanish from inside the base?

For example, perhaps the blue devil Nightcrawler, Kurt Wagner, had not been rescued by the X-Men and was still in William Stryker's hands. Leaving through his ability would not have been difficult. Perhaps this was one part that differed from the movie.

But Boar was more inclined to believe that the Stryker father and son were still in the base, hiding somewhere.

For some reason, however, the interior of that room was currently obscured. The Sparrow Drone could not scout the current situation inside the Cerebro hall, so Boar could only go take a look himself.

The passage leading to Cerebro was much wider than ordinary corridors, perhaps expanded to transport large components. And after Boar approached, the personnel coming and going seemed to have deliberately avoided the area and no longer appeared.
