Chapter Summaries

Yu Hai searched the Poaching Gang boss’s quarters, collected valuables and captured Pokémon, then gathered the gang members on deck. Xiao Shun rescued the starving Hao Er, Gym Leader Liuli’s son, and Yu Hai began helping him recover.

• Yu Hai confirmed the dead fat man was the Poaching Gang boss, took his Pokémon, and searched his quarters with Gengar and Darkrai.
• Yu Hai sent Xiao Shun to watch the gang members and let him deal with those who had bullied him.
• Yu Hai and his Pokémon gathered valuables and Pokémon from the ship, while Yu Hai planned to release the captured Wild Pokémon.
• Yu Hai found the Poaching Gang members tied up on deck and sent Xiao Shun to free the imprisoned youngster.

Two Team Rocket kidnappers lured Hao Er into their reach and abducted him, but Yu Hai’s Darkrai and Gengar intercepted them and rescued him. Yu Hai pursued the men into the forest, determined to find and kill them before they could escape or reveal Darkrai’s existence.

• The disguised kidnapper approached Xiao Shun and Hao Er while his partner watched from the forest, and Xiao Shun sent Pidgey and Hao Er sent Staryu to summon help.
• Xiao Shun used Gyarados to splash the stranger as a test, but the kidnapper ordered Golbat to use Screech and Victreebel to bind and put Hao Er to sleep.
