Every sub-world surely had its own administrator—for example, this sub-world had Number 003, Alaya.
Since it had a number, the other sub-worlds naturally had their own numbered Alayas as well.
The Administration Bureau of every sub-world diligently cultivated its own incubator, waiting for it to evolve to the required level. To create the perfect world, the different sub-worlds underwent countless restarts and beginnings, trying different paths of evolution.
For the sake of their independence, the different sub-worlds naturally had barriers that were difficult to cross.
However, the enormous system contained sub-systems, and it was impossible for everything within it to be perfect and without loopholes. For example, there could be creatures whose individual abilities exceeded the upper limit prescribed by their sub-world... such as Transcenders, or similar existences.
Transcenders could infiltrate different sub-worlds through Dimensional Rifts, using the special infiltration ability unique to Dimensional Rifts.
Aside from that, creatures exceeding a world's upper limit could enter another sub-world only through forced descent, or by gaining the recognition of multiple sub-worlds and descending after their name had been spread throughout multiple worlds, or by smuggling themselves through a sub-world's space-time rift.
The owner of the haunted house had evidently arrived through smuggling—and the time he smuggled himself in was triggered by a minor incident at the airport when Boss Luo returned by plane from South America.
At the time, the temporary space-time disorder caused by the special ability of the special item, the Eye of Horus ring, was the root of everything. Number 003's Alaya had already begun correcting the disorder as soon as it appeared, so under such circumstances, there should not have been enough time for a smuggler to enter.
However, Boss Luo had taken an interest in the matter, and Number 003 Alaya's obedience had exceeded his expectations.
