The black flames burning over Red dispersed into the wind before he could hit the ground.
Mr. Clown suddenly jumped down, catching Red before his body could crash to the ground and flatten him into a meat patty. After a few leaps, he landed beyond the crowd, in a corner of the plaza where the Eye of Misty Capital stood, away from the masses.
The Ferris wheel continued to turn slowly, but Mr. Clown stared at its many cabins with a deeply furrowed brow.
At the same time, he checked on Red's condition.
Red was in terrible shape. He had completely lost consciousness, his clothes had been burned away, and large areas of his skin had been charred black. Even the whites of his eyes were showing.

Three Great Knights from the Round Table Organization pushed through the crowd and found Mr. Clown. They hurried over at once. "What happened? Just now, we seemed to see the Eye of Misty Capital about to fall... What is this?"

"This is Red." Dagonet casually threw him onto the ground. "He's still breathing. Take him back. He should still be saveable."
