"No. You don't understand it." Pope Elohim shook his head. "At the very least... your understanding isn't complete."

"I have plenty of time." Isabelle spoke calmly. "Your Holiness, you should return to Laputa. That is where you belong."

Elohim sighed. "This barrier still can't stop me."

Isabelle chuckled. "It doesn't matter. Go ahead and destroy it. Once you break it, I'll immediately create a new one."

Unexpectedly, the frail old man slowly extended his hand and gently pressed it against the barrier... In an instant, his palm passed straight through it!

Isabelle's eyes widened at once. She instinctively took two steps back!
