The Doctor also pulled a cable from his own body and plugged it into the Connection Pod.
"I'm only using an existing port." The Doctor's answer was simple. "Reconfiguring a new connection port would take more time."
The Leader's existence made for a very good, ready-made port.
"Won't we be discovered?" Hong Hai'er asked suspiciously. Stealing someone else's Wi-Fi would definitely get us caught!
"If we aren't discovered, how will I link you together?" The Doctor chuckled and handed Hong Hai'er a headset. "Please, Young Lady... or should I say Eldest Son?"
Hong Hai'er shrugged. He paused briefly, but in the end still put on the headset. "Aren't you going in?"
"There's no need." The Doctor shook his head casually. "My brother will take good care of you."
