In the guest room, the family doctor was carefully examining Mr. Leff.
"It's incredible, sir!" The family doctor wore an expression of disbelief. "Your physiological age is now that of a healthy fifty-year-old. How did you manage this?"
"All right, Doctor. You've finished your work for today." Butler Fili stepped forward. "You can go back and rest now. And I think you know what should and shouldn't be said."

The night's events had been too astonishing for master and servant to calm down yet—especially Mr. Leff, who had regained part of his youth. He was even more excited than usual.
He wanted more. There was nothing in this world more wonderful than returning to one's youth.
"Fili, I want to get the World Councillor's assignment underway as soon as possible." Mr. Leff spoke rapidly. "Cancel my flight to Gotham tomorrow. It's time I visited some real old friends... Good heavens, they'll be in for quite a shock!"

Mr. Leff thought for a moment. "Mobilize some resources in Los Santos. We need to 'swallow' Little Dick's inheritance as quickly as possible, before the tax bureau and the FBI have time to react. If necessary, we can use some resources from the Democratic faction."
