Aside from the dishes in the large basin, quite a few bowls, plates, cups, and chopsticks waiting to be washed had been piled on the table beside it... Judging from the amount of tableware, it was clear that business here was quite good. It was also incredibly wasteful.
There were also several resealable bags nearby. They seemed to contain meat, apparently picked out by Yuna from the untouched dishes. Perhaps she planned to take them away later.
Yuna was not washing the dishes very quickly. In fact, she was rather clumsy. Wearing red rubber gloves, she sometimes could not even get a firm grip on a plate.
She did not even dare wipe away her sweat properly, and could only make do with rubbing it away casually with her arm.
"This won't get them clean."
Just as she failed to hold on to another plate and let it slip into the basin, Yuna heard a voice from behind her that seemed familiar.
She instinctively turned around and saw the young man who had somehow appeared behind her. Almost at first glance, Yuna recognized him.
He was the long-winded waiter who had pushed a cart of Cantonese dim sum over to her in the teahouse.
"It's you..." Yuna replied in surprise. Her surprise came from the fact that Red Mansion was, at heart, a money pit. Given a teahouse waiter's salary, even the minimum spending required for one visit to Red Mansion would probably be ruinous.
Luo Qiu merely smiled casually, then walked over to Yuna and squatted down. At the same time, he rolled up his sleeve, picked up the rag and a plate, and said, "Watch closely."
Yuna noticed that the young man was not wiping the plate randomly. Instead, he wiped it in a very regular pattern, covering
