Conan's Confusion

"Why was there another murder here? What on earth was going on?" Inspector Megure was starting to panic as well.

"I'll go see what happened." Ran went around to check the other area.

Inspector Megure led his men to inspect the scene.

Conan turned around and discovered that the people upstairs were only Ran Mouri and several police officers. He slowly relaxed. What he feared most was that the person would kill everyone connected to the case.

Fortunately, that person had not acted so impulsively, though Conan had no idea why.

"Why are you here too? Are you hurt?" The moment Ran saw Hyuga Matsuba, she ran over.

Conan realized that Ran did not care about him at all, and his heart suddenly felt awful, but there was no way he could say it.
