2. Increase Investment in Rare Diseases, Chronic Diseases, and Basic Research
Chenghuang Company, Neuron Company, Frontier Technology University School of Pharmacy, Brain Science Institute, and many other organizations were about to launch a new round of concentrated drug research and development, covering more than twenty rare and chronic diseases. Breakthroughs had already been made in the overall R&D framework and some key technologies, but a large amount of experimental support was still needed.
We would select outstanding teams based on their performance during the research-paper fraud investigation, prioritize them for drug experiments, and offer contracts granting them a share of the drug profits according to their contributions and workloads.
3. Open Space City Laboratory Positions
Multiple Space City laboratories were about to be completed or were being planned. Over the next five years, more than five hundred new space laboratories would be added, covering a wide range of disciplines, and many of them would support customized modifications.
Over the next five years, we expected to open two thousand Space City laboratory researcher positions to the entire public, while also providing substantial research funding subsidies and reimbursement for round-trip Rocket Tickets.
The positions would be allocated through online applications, preliminary project screening, and in-person defenses. Any researcher who wanted to enter a Space City laboratory to complete a project could submit a project summary of their own. Those who passed the preliminary screening would participate in the defense.
We would organize top-tier review teams to serve as defense instructors, while also conducting rigorous fraud screening of applicants' previous papers.
4. Donate 600 Billion in Investment
Funded personally by Song He and Xiang Xiaotong, we would invest 600 billion in research projects on the Interstellar Scientific Research Platform over the coming year. Any profits generated by the investments would continue to be
