Medicine Institute.
The Flying Car landed, and when the doors swung open, Song He and Xiang Xiaotong jumped out.
The new building was towering and magnificent, with brand-new greenery and lawns. Even the stone-paved paths were three meters wider than those of the other institutes!
Normally, once a new institute was built, there would only be a few slender saplings along the roads, highlighting the place's youth. It would take years for those saplings to grow into large trees before the campus could develop a sense of heritage and exude the aura of an established powerhouse.
But the Medicine Institute had a completely different style. There were hardly any tender saplings. Thick, sturdy ancient trees that reached the sky could be seen everywhere, looking as though they had been transplanted from the village entrances of ancient settlements.
The monstrously huge old trees seemed to be announcing: As long as you have money, you can build up a sense of heritage overnight!
No matter which direction one looked, the place gave off one overwhelming impression: this institute had money—lots of money—and was more than happy to flaunt it to everyone!
"Damn, the Medicine Institute is this imposing?" Xiang Xiaotong looked up at the high-rise building, indignant. "So what if you're rich?"
"It hasn't even opened yet. Just wait until the school year starts. It'll be even more impressive." Song He smiled. "By then, all the other institutes will be left dumbfounded by the Medicine Institute."
"The buildings are already finished. What could be more impressive?" Xiang Xiaotong asked in confusion.
"That's confidential. Come and see for yourself when the school year starts in September." Song He smiled mysteriously.
Headlights shone from far away!
Three buses slowly drove over and stopped in the open space in front of the Medicine Institute building.
