Rainy day.
Kakashi, Guy, and Kamado entered the Barbecue Restaurant one after another, shaking the raindrops off themselves at the entrance.
"What heavy rain," Kamado remarked.
The dense curtain of rain outside obscured people's vision, and only a few vague figures could be seen moving about on the street.
"The weather is about to warm up," Kakashi said as well.
"Shouldn't rainy days be cold?" Guy asked in confusion.
Kakashi did not explain anything to Guy and simply headed toward the private room with Kamado.
Everyone had already arrived, except for Shizune and Rin.
"Yo, Kakashi, Kamado, Guy."
Someone greeted them.
Kakashi glanced at Obito and was surprised to find him sitting listlessly in his seat. Even after seeing Kakashi arrive, he did not say a word. It was highly unusual.
"Didn't you invite Lord Shin?" Anko asked.
"Lord Shin is busy with official duties," Kamado explained.
Asuma chuckled. "He is a big shot in the village, after all."
Just as Kakashi took his seat, Genma leaned over. "That guy Obito seems to have failed at confessing his feelings. He hasn't said a word since he came in."
Kakashi's gaze shifted slightly, but he said nothing.
Everyone chatted idly, while the sound of rain pouring outside added a bit of atmosphere to the private room.
They began ordering food. Even if the two girls arrived, they would not be the ones ordering, so there was no need to wait for them.
Before long, the curtain to the private room was lifted, and two lovely figures walked in.
"Are we late?"
Everyone looked over, then could not help glancing at Obito, who was sitting there.
Rin looked at Obito, but her expression remained normal. She walked over and sat in the empty seat beside Kurenai.
"Not late. We just finished ordering,"
