"What's wrong, Kakashi? You seem distracted."
Inside the dango shop, Guy held a leftover bamboo skewer in his mouth as he asked Kakashi beside him.
Kakashi casually replied, "Is it that obvious?"
Guy grinned. "It's practically written all over your face."
Kakashi glanced away at the pedestrians on the street and said nothing more.

Guy shrugged. "It's because of our jobs. We're colleagues, after all, so we have to spend a lot of time together. But it's pretty good this way. Kakashi is my fated rival, after all, so we can spar anytime. Obito, you could also ask the Hokage and see if you can join the Anbu."
"Shut up, Guy," Kakashi said expressionlessly.
Hearing Guy call Kakashi his "fated rival" made Obito feel sour inside. He had once wanted to become an incredibly well-coordinated partner with Kakashi too, but reality was that Kakashi was always doing things he knew nothing about, always leaving him far behind.
Obito curled his lip. "What's so great about that? It's not like I care."
Kakashi looked at Obito and suddenly said, "Guy, I suddenly want dango from the dango shop on North Street. Can you go buy some for me?"
Guy blanked for a moment,
