Totto Land Kingdom did not represent a single island, but a vast stretch of sea. Its official name was Totto Land, though pirates were more accustomed to calling it the Land of All Nations.
The so-called Land of All Nations was an archipelago where nearly every race lived: humans, fish-men, minks, longarms, and others.
Although the Land of All Nations claimed to contain every race, it did not actually have any giants. This was because its ruler had an old grudge against the giant race, and all giants regarded the Land of All Nations with hostility.
That was right. This was the territory of one of the Four Emperors, Big Mom, as well as the headquarters of the Big Mom Pirates.
At that moment, on an ice island in the Land of All Nations.
The cold wind howled, yet there was no snow accumulated on the ice island. It was called an ice island not because the entire island was made of solid ice, but because it was formed from a kind of hard ice cream.
A sweet fragrance filled the entire island. Ninety-five percent of its buildings were edible, including the island itself.

The second hand of a pocket watch moved inch by inch. With a snap, the cover closed.
"It's about time."
A man wearing a top hat and a bow tie rose to his feet. A Knight Sword and a rapier hung at either side of his waist. Judging by his bearing, he looked nothing like a warrior. Instead, he resembled a pianist about to take the stage.
With a squelch, the top-hatted man stepped into a puddle of ice cream. Sticky ice cream smeared across his gleaming leather shoe, and the corner of his mouth twitched slightly.
