The burly man spoke. He merely stood there, yet he gave off an imposing air that commanded fear without anger. He was the duke.

"Duke, how long has it been since we last met?"

A faint light shone from the black tattoo on the back of the Nun's hand. Seeing this, the duke understood what was happening. Twin Towers was taking over the body of one of her subordinates.

Twin Towers had not come in person. Finding where she herself was proved difficult. Whenever she appeared, she used her consciousness and a medium to temporarily occupy the body of one of her subordinates.

The Nun—no, Twin Towers—rose from the cushion and sat on the long bench in the front row of the church.

The duke strode forward, keeping several meters away from Twin Towers, and sat on the front-row bench as well.
