For example, the buildings on the outermost circle were known as the Third Ring.
This area was the domain of interns and third-class researchers.
Their main duties were to ensure the normal operation of the Soul Tool production lines and to conduct experiments and develop Soul Tools below Level Nine.
The second circle was also known as the Second Ring.
The main personnel in this area were second-class researchers, with first-class researchers serving as the core of its management.
Its primary projects involved Level Nine Soul Tools and various divine weapon forging workshops.
The third circle was also called the Third Ring, and it had another name: the Core Ring.
The person chiefly in charge here was You Mingyue, the director of the Shenwu Research Institute.
Aside from her, the two Vice Directors were responsible only for research and staff management.
