• Ghost Douluo warned Chrysanthemum Douluo not to insult Zhao Zifeng and reported that Xiao Tianyang intended to come to Spirit City, prompting Qian Renxue to investigate his plans.
• Xiao Tianyang arrived in Spirit City with the Star Luo Empire teams, received visits from Huo Wu and Qian Renxue, and refused Qian Renxue’s offer to help him escape Spirit Hall.
• At the competition, Xiao Tianyang stopped Li Tianyou’s attack by freezing the arena and surrounding area, then withdrew his power after Chrysanthemum Douluo and Ghost Douluo declared him the winner.

Xiao Tianyang fought Spirit Hall to protect Tang San and the others, but Bibi Dong killed him after Qian Renxue’s apparent betrayal. He survived in the Star Dou Great Forest, gathered new allies, and set out for the Extreme North as Shrek’s Seven Devils chose their own paths.

• Bibi Dong declared Spirit Hall’s champions, then tried to arrest Edward and Tang San after the finals, prompting Tang Hao and Xiao Tianyang to fight back.
• Xiao Tianyang trapped Spirit Hall with the Eight Gates Golden Lock Formation and battled its Titled Douluo while Tang San’s group escaped.
• Qian Renxue appeared to betray Xiao Tianyang by stabbing him, but later fell unconscious as Xiao Tianyang fought the Barbarian Tribe’s attackers and killed the old woman.
• Bibi Dong pierced Xiao Tianyang’s chest and shattered his heart, and Qian Renxue carried away his body after Qian Daoliu intervened.

Xiao Tianyang gathered allies and supplies, then led Yuwen Chengdu into the Savage Forest to strike the Barbarian Tribe and build a force for revenge. After six months of raids, they returned to find the Mountain Stronghold fortified and its people ready to welcome them.

• Dai Mubai, Ma Hongjun, Oscar, Zhu Zhuqing, and Ning Rongrong set out for the Savage Forest, while Dugu Bo and Ning Fengzhi agreed to keep their suspicions about Xiao Tianyang’s survival secret.
• Xiao Tianyang reunited with Saber, recovered, and traveled with her and Yuwen Chengdu toward the Savage Forest, where they rescued villagers from barbarians and discovered that Mo Family Village was controlled by the Fang Beast Tribe and Evil Soul Masters.
• Xiao Tianyang and Yuwen Chengdu killed the Evil Soul Masters who had devastated the village, then Xiao Tianyang accepted a quest to build a legion and help the villagers seek revenge.
• Saber arranged for Xiao Tianyang to obtain supplies through a loan guaranteed by Ning Fengzhi, while he and Yuwen Chengdu drew enemy attention and she organized recruits at the stronghold.
• Xiao Tianyang challenged Sword Douluo and endured three powerful strikes, then secured funds and supplies as Qian Renxue’s attack on the Barbarian Tribe intensified its conflict with Spirit Hall.

As the Barbarian Tribe withdrew, Spirit Hall and the Heaven Dou Empire moved to claim influence over the region, and Xiao Tianyang refused to surrender Gurong Town.

• Xiao Tianyang reunited with Saber, inspected her disciplined soldiers, and announced the Divine Might Army’s campaign against the Barbarian Tribe.
• Xiao Tianyang, Saber, and Yuwen Chengdu planned an assault on a prison stronghold, then defeated its defenders and freed the captives.
