There could only be one obvious reason for this—the changes in her Dao-body meridians! After being possessed by Calamity just now, she had become young and full of vigor. That proved the meridians within her Dao body had been forcibly altered. Now that she was reverting, it meant she was withdrawing the forcibly modified parts. In that case, how could the old Imperial Guardian King not grow old?
"Li Guxian... Calamity..." the old Imperial Guardian King murmured, as beads of sweat soon began streaming down from her forehead and body.
Since this was possession, among the droplets leaving her body, there had to be one that belonged to "Calamity." As for what that drop looked like or how large it was, I had no idea, but I definitely couldn't let it escape!
