I found a secluded place, summoned the Mystic Heaven Gourd, and sat atop it as I began reading through the travelogues. They covered all kinds of subjects—some resembled tales of the strange and mysterious, while others were fairly realistic. Naturally, taken together, they also laid the worldview of this place bare before me.
This realm was enormous. It had a rather fine name—the Nine Immortal Realm. It was called that not only because the various factions here each worshiped a deity, but also because the territories of the corresponding Dao lineages found it easier to come into contact with certain types of aura. As expected, the lands corresponding to these Nine Immortals were regions resembling the Nine Sons Passage.
